Write down the essentials

• The product or a short list of product codes.
• The quantity and selected product colors.
• The imprint locations, colors and artwork file.
• The delivery address and the date products are needed.
• Any purchase order, payment or tax-exemption requirements.

Compare complete configurations

Review product pricing together with printing, setup, shipping and tax. Check the quantity tier and production method for the configuration you intend to order. A starting unit price is not the complete cost of a custom order.

Work backward from the event

Allow for artwork preparation and approval, production and carrier transit. These are separate stages. If the date is fixed, confirm the available options with CGB before ordering rather than relying on a production estimate alone.

Review before checkout

Check the SKU, product color, quantity, artwork selections and delivery details in the estimate and cart. Keep an eye on the email address used for the order so you can respond to artwork or production questions.
