Service and site changes
We aim to help customers select and order suitable custom products. If something needs attention, contact us so we can work toward a resolution. CGB may change, update, discontinue or remove website products, services, content or policies without prior notice.
Your information
We use customer information to provide, customize and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. Trusted service providers involved in fulfilling an order may receive information only for that purpose and may not use it for unrelated purposes. The privacy policy explains the collection, use and handling of personal data in more detail.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the invoiced product charges, taxes, shipping and applicable fees.
In-stock orders
Full payment is due when an in-stock order is placed. Printed orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Overseas orders
A deposit of at least 50% is due when ordering. The balance becomes due when the goods reach the US port, before final delivery. Storage charges may apply if payment remains outstanding when goods are ready to ship. Once payment or a purchase order is received, an overseas order cannot be cancelled or reduced in quantity.
Other arrangements and tax
Special payment terms are considered case by case and must be requested and approved in writing before ordering. Sales tax applies where CGB is required to collect it. For tax-exempt pricing, provide a valid exemption certificate before placing the order; documents may be sent to [email protected].
Approved payment methods may include credit or debit card, ACH, wire transfer or check. Online payments use secure, encrypted payment providers. Government agencies ordering through a representative may use the purchase order arrangements described on our government and public sector page.
Orders, returns and refunds
Review the estimate and proof
Check the SKU, product color, size and other specifications on the estimate before proceeding. Most printed orders include a final proof. Review every detail and any accompanying disclaimer. Approval confirms the specifications and artwork; incorrect details shown on an approved estimate or proof do not qualify for discounts, returns or refunds after production begins.
Blank returns and custom products
New, undecorated, unopened products can be returned within 180 days of delivery, with a 30% restocking fee. You pay return shipping. Printed or customized products are not returnable; problems with printed orders may be reviewed for possible reprint or refund consideration. A difference between an expected product color and the received color is not grounds for return or exchange.
Replacements and refund review
Report damaged or defective items in writing within 180 days of delivery for replacement of the same item. In-stock reprints generally take approximately 1–2 weeks; overseas reprints can take several months depending on factory scheduling and other factors.
Send requests to [email protected] with your company name, invoice or estimate number, the issue and supporting photos or documents. Qualifying blank returns and damaged/defective claims follow their 180-day delivery-based windows. Other requests for refund consideration must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase.
Requests are reviewed within two business days. Approved refund instructions are sent by email. Refunds normally use the original payment method and typically process within 7–10 business days. Read the returns and refunds policy for the complete process.
Artwork and intellectual property
You are responsible for the layout, spelling, colors and design elements in submitted artwork. CGB reviews artwork, but final accuracy remains your responsibility. A final proof is supplied before production unless waived for rush orders; changes may not be possible once a proof is approved or waived.
You must have the rights needed to reproduce every submitted logo, image and design. You accept responsibility for protected artwork you provide and agree to indemnify and hold harmless CGB, its affiliates, employees and partners against claims, damages and legal expenses arising from that artwork or intellectual property.
Production and shipping
Published production times are estimates and may change with quantity, imprint complexity, material availability or other production factors. We will notify you promptly when a change affects your order schedule.
Orders ship through UPS, FedEx or other freight carriers. For in-stock production, an estimated ship date is normally available within 48 hours of proof approval. For overseas production, the estimate is supplied when available from the factory. A ship date is not a delivery date.
Shipping uses current carrier and fuel rates. Freight costs may change before an order ships. If a significant increase occurs, we will seek approval before proceeding and provide alternatives where possible; lower-cost alternatives can take longer. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and address-correction charges. See the shipping policy and FAQs.
Delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, civil unrest, strikes, port congestion, customs delays or transportation failures, do not make customized goods returnable and do not qualify for discounts, refunds or compensation.
Communication
Provide a correct email address and monitor messages relating to your order. CGB is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect contact details or missed time-sensitive communications.
