CGB / Why choose CGB?

Plan production and delivery together.

Understand how artwork approval, production, carrier transit and shipping costs affect your CGB order.

Artwork comes before production

After you order, we provide a final proof for approval before mass production. Check the artwork layout, imprint placement and design details carefully. Rush orders may waive final proof approval so production can begin immediately.

Production starts after the proof is approved or waived. The schedule depends on the product, quantity, customization and production method.

What an estimated ship date means

An estimated ship date is when an order is expected to leave the production facility. It does not include the time a carrier needs to deliver it.

  • In-stock orders: an estimated ship date is typically provided within 48 hours of final proof approval.
  • Overseas orders: an estimated ship date is provided when the factory makes that information available. Scheduling and material availability can affect timing.

Carriers and delivery options

Orders travel through UPS, FedEx or other freight companies for larger or heavier shipments. Carrier selection takes package size, destination, schedule and cost into account. Contact us before ordering if you need products for a specific event date.

How shipping costs are calculated

Shipping is calculated using current carrier and fuel rates. Because products ship after production, freight costs may change with fuel prices or global shipping conditions. If a significant increase occurs before shipment, we will contact you for approval before proceeding and, where possible, offer alternatives. A lower-cost option may take longer in transit.

Check your delivery address

Supply a complete, accurate address when ordering. Address errors can cause delays or carrier adjustment fees. Any additional charges caused by an address correction are the customer’s responsibility.

Working to a deadline?

Speak with CGB before ordering, review eligible Free Rush products and read the ordering FAQs. A rush production option and a carrier transit service are separate choices.
