About States

A state outline can give a seed paper message a sense of place for a local gathering, alumni group or regional campaign. Consider whether the geography itself should lead the design or frame a short supporting message.

Check the exact outline, finished size and printing specifications before arranging text. Narrow areas of a map shape may need a simpler layout than broader sections, and the seed paper information should be reviewed for the individual piece you select.
